Industrial Dehumidifiers: Vertical Units, 6–40 Litres per Hour

The industrial line is a pair of vertical dehumidifiers with digital control panels, published as two detail pages whose titles are ranges: 6 to 12 litres per hour, and 15 to 40 litres per hour. Each page tables exactly one model. This page presents the line as the source pages present it, and states the range-title rule plainly, because it is the easiest rule on this site to get wrong.

The range-title rule

Each industrial page title spans a range, but each page's parameter block tables one model only: the 6–12 litre page tables the DH-D-12IH at 12 litres per hour, and the 15–40 litre page tables the DH-D-20IH at 20 litres per hour. The untabled ends of those ranges — 6 litres per hour, 15 litres per hour and 40 litres per hour — have no parameter blocks anywhere on the manufacturer's site that was found, and they are not presented on this site as available models. No specification is invented for them, and no model page is built for them. A buyer who needs a figure at one of those ends should ask whether a model exists there, with its own parameter block, rather than assuming the range title is a catalogue of models. The page graphics add daily ranges — 240 to 328 litres per day for the 12IH page and 440 to 528 litres per day for the 20IH page — and those ranges are quoted here as the graphics' claims, labelled as such, not as parameter-block values.

The two tabled models

DH-D-12IH

12 L/h, 4300 W rated / 4650 W maximum, 380V 3N~50Hz, 3000 m³/h, 450–500 m².

DH-D-20IH

20 L/h, 7600 W rated / 8400 W maximum, 380V 3N~50Hz, 6500 m³/h, 600–800 m².

Both models are vertical units with a digital control panel, a durable steel housing, front air intake, top-mounted exhaust vents, and rolling casters, built for continuous long-term use. The 12IH page describes high-capacity drying performance, digital humidity regulation, and efficient heat dissipation for high-humidity, high-temperature conditions, and lists factories, storage facilities, workshops and humid tropical climates across Southeast Asia. The 20IH page describes a heavy-duty unit for high-performance moisture extraction, with a sleek digital control panel, a robust metal housing, a powerful airflow design, caster wheels, a top-mounted exhaust system, continuous dehumidification and error diagnostics, and lists large commercial spaces — warehouses, manufacturing plants and storage facilities. The applications each page lists are set out on the model pages and on the warehouse and factory pages.

Shared features, quoted as page claims

Both industrial pages carry the same feature rows, with the capacity row varying by page: high-capacity moisture removal up to the page's daily figure, protecting machinery and inventory from mold, rust and decay on the 12IH page, and preventing mold, corrosion and equipment damage on the 20IH page; a corrosion-resistant metal casing described as withstanding Southeast Asia's humid, dusty industrial environments and ensuring 10 or more years of use; a digital control panel with precise humidity settings from 30 to 90 percent relative humidity; mobility wheels; an integrated drainage system for continuous disposal; and efficient heat dissipation. Those are the pages' claims, quoted as such: the casing life is a company claim, not an independently verified measurement, and the panel range is the control range the pages state, not a guarantee of performance at every point in it. Both pages also carry marketing blocks describing nine upgraded functions and construction details — protection circuits, self-diagnosis, automatic protection, temperature control, timing, memory functions, thickened sheet-metal bodies, copper-tube condensers and evaporators, waterproof and fireproof control-box encapsulation, and a large screen with setting, timer, power-failure memory and failure self-detection. Those blocks are company marketing copy, usable only as attributed claims, and they are never presented on this site as specifications. The model pages quote them with that attribution and no further.

Power supply, drainage and housing

Both industrial models run on 380 volt three-phase power at 50 hertz, stated as 380V 3N~50Hz on both parameter blocks. That is a different supply from the commercial line's 220 volt single-phase supply, and it matters at the installation: a buyer whose site has only single-phase power cannot run an industrial model without the supply question being answered first, and the answer belongs in the inquiry, with the actual supply stated. Both industrial models use drainage only: the pages describe integrated drainage systems for continuous disposal, and no water tank is mentioned on either industrial page. No tank volume is therefore stated for any industrial model. Both use a steel housing — described as durable steel housing on the 12IH page and robust metal housing on the 20IH page — with front air intake and top-mounted exhaust, and both stand on rolling casters. The package sizes are 730 by 510 by 1750 millimetres for the 12IH and 1080 by 560 by 1840 millimetres for the 20IH, and those are the figures the parameter blocks state, not installed footprints.

What the industrial pages do not state

No industrial page states a second model per range title, a compressor brand, a refrigerant type, a sound-level figure, or a net weight, and none is stated on this site. No industrial page states a minimum order quantity, a lead time, a price, or a certificate number, and none is stated here. The page graphics name underground garages, shopping malls, bath centers, drying rooms and home dehumidification as settings; those names are quoted on the model pages as the graphics' wording, and the garage page treats the underground-garage name with the same care, keeping it inside the stated operating temperature range of 5 to 38 degrees Celsius. A buyer with a setting the graphics name but the parameter blocks do not describe should ask for the matching specification in the inquiry, rather than reading the graphic as a specification.

Before ordering, confirm: the exact model and voltage for your site, the area and humidity load you need to cover, MOQ, lead time, and warranty. This page lists only what the source material verifies; anything not listed here is a question to ask, not a specification to assume.
